1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and pikok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pikok website at pikok.asia and all associated services, products, software, and content (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the pikok platform, including players from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access to the platform is not prohibited by applicable law.

By creating an account on pikok, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pikok Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines or policies that pikok may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pikok platform. pikok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a pikok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. pikok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the pikok platform in all circumstances. pikok enforces age verification as part of its KYC process and will suspend any account where the account holder cannot demonstrate they are aged 21 or above.
• 2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted on pikok.
• 3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the pikok platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• 4You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pikok, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Employees and their families are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• 5You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration using a false identity, a third party's details, or fictitious information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration and KYC

All pikok accounts must be opened using accurate, complete, and current personal information. pikok operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• 1You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This information must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
• 2KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. pikok reserves the right to request additional documents including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• 3You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. pikok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify pikok immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• 4pikok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. Any funds held in a suspended account will be subject to review pending investigation.
• 5You must inform pikok promptly of any changes to your registered personal information. pikok may periodically request updated identity documents to maintain compliance with its KYC obligations. Failure to provide updated information when requested may result in temporary account restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on pikok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your pikok account.

• 1Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. pikok does not currently accept credit cards, international e-wallets, or cryptocurrency. The list of accepted payment methods may change at pikok's sole discretion with reasonable notice.
• 2The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Deposits are credited to your pikok wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. pikok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• 4pikok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be charged by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) in accordance with their own terms. pikok is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.
• 5Only the account holder's own payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Depositing funds on behalf of another player or allowing a third party to use your account for payments is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• 6Funds deposited into your pikok account are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. pikok does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in pikok's fee schedule, which will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

pikok offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to these conditions in full.

• 1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• 2pikok reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement and withdrawal rules.
• 3Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, or shared devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 4Certain game types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Generally, live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a different rate than slot games.
• 5pikok reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or promotional funds credited to your account in error. If a bonus has been paid in error and has already been used in wagering activity, pikok may deduct the equivalent amount from your cash balance or from future winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pikok platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• 1Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information for the purpose of circumventing KYC requirements or obtaining bonuses under false pretences.
• 2Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or any form of chip dumping in live casino or poker games.
• 3Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the normal operation of pikok's games or wagering systems.
• 4Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the pikok platform as a vehicle for the transfer or concealment of illicit funds.
• 5Harassment, threatening behaviour, offensive communications, or any abusive conduct directed at pikok staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pikok platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, animations, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of pikok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the pikok platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of pikok.

The pikok name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of pikok. You are not granted any licence or right to use any pikok trademark, trade name, or brand identifier without pikok's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of pikok's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

8. Responsible Gaming

pikok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following terms reflect pikok's obligations and your obligations with respect to responsible gaming on the platform.

• 1Access to the pikok platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. By registering and using pikok you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. pikok enforces age verification as part of its KYC process and will close any account where the account holder is found to be under the minimum age.

pikok does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond pikok's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures. pikok shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary platform unavailability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

pikok collects, processes and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and general platform use. All personal data is processed in accordance with pikok's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. Funds held in a closed account will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and pikok arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting pikok's customer support team.
